We have designed the Shanti Home schedule in such a way that it focuses on comprehensive well-being of the mind and body, along with counselling and guidance. This not only brings about a sense of discipline and routine but is helpful in working towards health and recovery goals..

The programme includes activities such as:


At Shanti Home, You can start your day with a 6:30 am Yoga session if you like, but it’s not mandatory. If you prefer sleeping in, we won’t disturb you!

In the morning, we encourage jogging or running to get the endorphins flowing. We then provide a wholesome breakfast to fuel your activities.


During sessions, strategically placed breaks in between ensure the material is absorbed as fully as possible. Session times are 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. In the breaks, you can indulge in a relaxing forty winks or revisit your passion for reading.

In the evenings, patients may venture outdoors again for some light exercise; perhaps visit a local market or socialize with others in recovery.

After the theoretical work is completed, clients talk openly about what they learned in the presence of a counsellor. The evening is completed with a delicious dinner before retiring to bed.
